Mini foie gras burgers, truffled gravy sauce.
Pan-seared duck breast, caramelized pearl onions, blueberries and orange slices in a port wine sauce.
Layers of strawberries, pastry cream and coulis. Whipped cream and savoiardi biscuit.
Soup and Dessert of the day are included.
Creamy mushrooms with truffle paste in a puff pastry shell. Riz pilaf and side salad.
Chicken chop stew with tomatoes and peppers. Riz pilaf and salad.
