Seared foie gras over beef patties on Brioche Buns. Truffled mushroom gravy sauce.
Prawns sauteed in seafood marinara sauce. Vol au vent shell. Salad greens (Contains pork & alcohol)
Layers of strawberries, pastry cream and coulis. Whipped cream and savoiardi biscuit.
Soup and Dessert of the day are included.
Chicken ham toast, bechamel sauce and gruyere. Side salad.
Tender lamb and vegetable stew. Riz pilaf.
Spaghetti in a rich tomato sauce, parmesan cheese. Side salad.
